The role : For the Internal Control area, you will:

  • Veil for the maintenance and the improvement of the Segregation of Duties (SoD) scheme, as one of the pillars of internal control.
  • Develop and implement a quarterly reporting on Segregation of Duties.
  • Contribute to the definition, maintenance, communication and filing of policies, procedures, and guides at group level.
  • Actively participate in the definition and testing of internal controls in relation to global policies.

Regarding Corporate Sustainability Reporting your main responsibilities will be:

  • Work with stakeholders across the organization to implement consistent and value-added ESG ( Environmental Social and Governance ) reporting.
  • Coordinate and monitor ESG information reported by all geographies, review it, and perform checks to ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Prepare consolidated ESG disclosures for the Corporate Sustainability Report.
  • High involvement in the coordination of the verification of the Corporate Sustainability Report with external auditors.
  • Identify and promote opportunities for improvement.

The Person :

  • Graduate in Business Administration and/or Sustainability related studies.
  • 1-2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • A strong background in finance, accounting, and sustainability (or non-financial) reporting.
  • Be familiar with non-financial reporting standards such as GRI and upcoming regulatory reporting (e.g., EU CSRD ) will be valued.
  • Fluent in Spanish and in English.
  • Proficient level of Microsoft Office package.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and ability to learn and quickly understand new concepts outside the area of expertise.
  • Strong writing, visual, and verbal communication skills, and ability to effectively work with global and local team members with different technical and cultural backgrounds.
  • Strong team player who is comfortable working collaboratively, virtually, and independently.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and with the ability to manage competing priorities.
