Position Overview

The Field Technical Support (f/m/d) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for providing frontline support by resolving customer problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting. You'll be a key member to help drive customer satisfaction and retention. This position is part of the Customer Care function and is located in Almeria.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and build knowledge to understand the industry, the company, the products, tools, and the team, supported by a clear Development Pathway program.
  2. Be supported by a strong leadership team involved in key projects to deliver successful installations for our customers that meet their requirements and those of our company.
  3. Complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.
