[Y054] Vie - Process Development Engineer - (H/F)

Pourquoi a-t-on besoin de vous ?

The central R&D team dedicated to the development of the manufacturing process of glass wool is leading a strategic project to improve the fiberizing process and develop the related equipment. This project is key to reach higher performance in energy efficiency and line productivity.

Le main role

Reporting to the R&D portfolio manager centrally, and to the process manager of Azuqueca factory locally, your main mission is to lead the project deliverables taking place in the plant. To do so, you will:

1. Run the plant trials needed to increase our knowledge on process or test new equipment, from planning to data collection and capitalization.
2. Ensure the highest standards of safety and efficiency for all R&D deliverables in the plant.
3. Collaborate with the plant team and R&D engineers to deliver your project tasks while minimizing impact on operations.
4. Ensure continuous communication with central teams and regularly share project progress and outputs with stakeholders.

Extra information

This 18-month mission will start with one-month training in our global Insulation R&D center (Oise, France).

Ce poste est-il fait pour vous ?

• Master's degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering or materials science.
• Strong interest in the industrial environment through a first experience, ideally international.
• Interest in the applied R&D projects.
• Proficiency in data analysis, preferably using Python, Power BI and Grafana.
• Fluency in English and French, and strong foundation in Spanish.
• Critical reasoning and synthesis skills.
• You are eager to collaborate and contribute to a diverse and multi-local team.
