As a key member of our global analytics team (IBP project), you'll collaborate on innovative projects, support data validation and preparation, and gain valuable experience with cutting-edge tools. Responsibilities : Your day-to-day with us :

  • Support Project Enhancements : Assist the team in ongoing enhancements and project work by taking charge of specific deliverables, including creating data requirements documents, functional specifications, and more.
  • Collaborate Across Teams : Engage with global IT and PepsiCo business teams to better understand project tasks and challenges, ensuring smooth communication and efficient problem-solving.
  • Contribute to Global Analytics Projects : Play a key role in building a global analytics product, specifically focused on Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
  • Data Validation & Preparation : Support the team in data validation and preparation activities, ensuring the accuracy and quality of our data.

Qualifications: What you will need to succeed :

  • Educational Background : A degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, or a Master’s in Analytics/Advanced Analytics.
  • Recent Graduate : Recently graduated and availability for immediate start.
  • Interest in Data and Analytics : A strong enthusiasm and proactivity for using data and analytical tools to drive business performance and generate insights.
  • Experience with Databases : Experience working with databases, with a foundational understanding of data management.
  • Familiarity with Data Tools : Some experience with data modeling and preparation tools, such as Microsoft Azure (Databricks, Datafactory), and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Exposure to PySpark**: Experience with PySpark is a plus, but not required.
  • Communication Skills : Good verbal and written communication skills, with English being essential.
  • Analytical Skills : strong analytical skills with an ability to derive and document business requirements.
  • Confident using MS Office tools.
