And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through our Hybrid Work Model.Job DescriptionAs a Central Planning Analyst, you will have the following Key Accountabilities:Forecast demand, productions, flows and stocks.Train and support local offices in the new tools and process implementation.Analyze and improve the JDA output.Analyze and forecast requirements & future demand for all equipment flows.Track outcomes of short-term planning & budget to forecast demand, depict trends and assess variances.High level of knowledge of big data management. (Agile Dashboard Creation and analysis).Manage use of CHEP optimization tools to deliver accurate data & reporting.Identify short, medium- and long-term opportunities for company direct cost saving.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory).MBA (A plus).Knowledge of general Supply chain principles.Experience:At least 5 years business experience in Supply Chain (D).Skills and Knowledge:Language:English; at least 1 additional European language.Computer:M/soft, SAP, Visual Basic, JDA or similar inventory and forecasting tool.Personal: flexible; collaborative; problem solving; comfortable working in international environment; strong analytical skills, strong communication skills.Preferred EducationDegree and equivalentPreferred Level of Work Experience3 - 5 yearsRemote TypeHybrid RemoteWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we are committed to developing a diverse workforce in which everyone is treated fairly, with respect, and has the opportunity to contribute to business success while realizing his or her potential.
