Descripción del puesto: Financial Business Controller

Country: Spain

We are looking for a Financial Business Controller based in our Madrid office, with at least 3 years of experience as a Cost/Revenue controller, ideally on Agile.

Your role

Your main tasks will be:

  1. Monitors and analyzes, on a daily basis, the progress of income/costs, work orders, as well as the related cost accumulation.
  2. Monitors and analyzes process costs.
  3. Monitors and analyzes margins.
  4. Monitors and analyzes actual consumption compared to consumption forecasted under the analytical model.
  5. Promptly investigating anomalies.
  6. Validate the cost of sales as part of the month-end closing.
  7. Identifies and proposes possible improvements in the process of accumulating status; data and consequently in the process of controlling cost accounting and reporting.
  8. Monitor valuation of standard cost.

If you think you've got what it takes, these are the key skills we'll be looking for in your CV:

  1. 3+ years of experience as a Cost/Revenue controller, ideally on Agile.
  2. Proven experience in cost accounting in a manufacturing or technological environment.
  3. Good knowledge of financial processes and connected flows of materials and other resources used in the processes.
  4. High Advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint, Access.
  5. Knowledge of SAP-FI, SAP – SD, BI technologies and IT related processes.
  6. High level of English.
