Director & Co-Founder - Cybersecurity GTM, EMEA & North America

Intaso have been engaged by a Series C Cyber Security Vendor who are currently seeking a high performing AVP Southern Europe to join in a newly created region. This is an opportunity to build an established region covering Portugal, Spain and Italy

Our client has 350+ heads globally with some impressive Enterprise case studies. Their average ticket size is $90,000 with a 3-6 month deal cycle. They have impressive VC backers we have worked with on previous searches.

You will be required to:

  • Lead and coach a team of 4-5 sellers already in region
  • Budget to hire a further 3 heads immediately
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Build a repeatable sales playbook that impresses prospective customers with knowledge and an approach to winning their business, positioning prospective clients
  • Ensure the proposition meets the needs of our target market
  • Develop the sales team through effective training, management and hiring.
  • Build, manage, and draw data-driven insight from your team’s new business pipeline

We need:

  • Strategic large Enterprise experience, selling cyber security SaaS product.
  • Proven success and strong ability to build partnerships with C-Level Executives in target prospects
  • Excellent communicator has sold security previously and have been successful in previous roles.
  • It’s essential you have Cybersecurity sales experience
  • Has strong communication skills, fluent in either Spanish, Italian and English

You can be based in either Spain or Italy. Excellent package circa € 300 50/50 + stock and bens.
