Job Overview: We are seeking highly motivated and sales-oriented individuals who are willing to have their own virtual insurance agency business for free. This is a home-based, commission-based position that can be done part-time, making it ideal for individuals who have a full-time job but are looking for additional income opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales and income for your franchise business.
  • Develop, manage, and lead a team of home-based and freelance agents, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals and targets of your franchise business.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Identify and address any operational issues or challenges, implementing solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Participate in recruitment, training, and development of new team members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and belief that selling is the best way to earn sustainable income.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in sales or marketing is preferred but not required.
  • At least two years of professional sales or marketing experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in using online tools and platforms for remote work.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
