Key responsibilities This role provides an outstanding platform for a highly talented individual to work on a range of critical learning and development topics at international and cutting-edge projects, working in close collaboration with the L&D; team and International HRBP Team of the company. The main tasks and projects would include: - L&D; Processes: give support to the team to ensure knowledge of the training offer, to collect training needs, design and/or identify the most innovative training products in the cutting-edge trends in technology, management or soft skills, create and update communication channels, control the efficiency of training actions - Data: be responsible to create and update reports (L&D; dashboard, quarterly reports, ). - HR systems (Workday): maintaining the learning information, data quality checks, creating new elearning courses… - Give support to our Tech employees about learning offer (ad-hoc requests/issues, doubts about processes…). - Communication: creating and updating communication of learning programs, courses and results, give support to specific events - Documentation: give support to prepare the learning documents - Other activities as required Candidate profile We are looking for a motivated individual who will have the opportunity to learn from a growing organization and have a real impact on the business. - Last year students and/or recent University graduates with degrees such as Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, etc. We are seeking individuals with passion for HR, learning and development, innovation and willing to challenge themselves. - Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish. We are an international company and all our positions whether these are internships or permanent require a high level of both languages. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (preferred good Excel, Word and Power Point). - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. - Great communication skills. - Ability to prioritise and multi-task. - Willingness to learn and to progress in a company with great opportunities and potential. Additionally, he/she will work with the rest of the Group Human Resources team in other projects such as development processes deployment.
