Tradebe is hiring a Treasury Manager, responsible of manage, defining, developing, and reporting treasury operations, cash management strategies, and financial risks. Also, build relationships with financial institutions to support financing needs and other treasury operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Define, manage and implement the cash management strategies across the group.
  • Manage liquidity, cash flow, and working capital through effective cash flow forecasting/modeling.
  • Accountable for the daily operations and the month-end closing of the Treasury function. Develop treasury policies and processes (local and global).
  • Support completing the annual audit and the transfer pricing definition and implementation for the intercompany loans.
  • Lead, manage and mentor the treasury team.
  • Analyze and manage financial risks (FX, interest rate, hedging, liquidity, financial covenants) within agreed risk appetite and policies.
  • Ensure regular and accurate treasury reporting to senior management, including preparation of Board and Lender papers and presentations.
  • Partner with other Finance leaders to implement cashflow forecasting and working capital management processes.
  • Manage Group financial institutions to support treasury operations and financing needs (short-term facility renewals, MARF prom notes program ).
  • Ability to actively contribute and provide leadership and inputs to strategic projects such as M&A treasury integration programs or technology projects to improve work productivity (i.e. file securitization).

Requirements :

  • More than 5 years of experience as a Treasury Professional.
  • Experience in a comparable large multinational company, operating at a local and corporate level. Managerial experience will be valued.
  • Sound knowledge of financial strategies.
  • Experience in managing data quality and data traceability for regulatory/financial reports.
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles, systems, and procedures. PGC and IFRS.
  • Effective communication and leadership. Negotiation skills.
  • Excellent team player and people skills (coordination with other departments)
  • Economic Degree or BBA.
  • IT literate
  • Fluent English (Full professional competence).
