Trainer for Project Management (M/F/d) :

  • REQUISITION ID: 3475- LOCATION: Tajonar, ES- DEPARTMENT: Project Management (Site Management / Erection / I MY TASKS
  • Conducting training in one or more of project management topics (IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2®, AgilePM®, Scrum, DevOps, etc.)
  • Training concept development and curricula building
  • Communicating and using methods that are the basis for modern and value-oriented project management
  • Teaching internal processes
  • Participation in the preparation and implementation of global implementation projects and solution concepts
  • Taking part in global training standardization
  • Continuous improvement of your professional skills is needed

YOUR PROFILE

  • Preferably studies in the field of economics or business administration
  • Several years of professional experience as a project manager and trainer
  • Certificates in one or more of the following areas: IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2®, AgilePM®, Scrum, DevOps
  • Experience in the conception and implementation of project management curricula
  • Your talent for simply explaining the most complex issues
  • The ability to identify and analyse qualification needs and derive needs-based solutions
  • Exceptionally good spoken and written English and Spanish language are necessary
  • Leadership and Mentoring Skills
  • Can lead projects in a global environment
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable speaking to audience
  • The position is in Pamplona or Madrid with willingnes s to travel globally (up to 50%)
