(BVE408) | Rocket Propulsion Engineer

Responsibilities : This position will require a high level of autonomy and responsibility. The initial work will focus on the development of a market-oriented monopropellant engine based on HTP. Starting from an already working prototype, the selected engineer will be responsible for improving key aspects of the design and bringing it to a flight-ready product status. This position combines design and testing tasks, constantly in contact with the hardware, for an iterative maturation process.

Required competences :

1. MSc. in Aerospace Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
2. Hands-on experience on hardware projects, especially those related to rocket propulsion
3. Good knowledge of rocket engine design and analysis
4. Experience working with FEA / CFD software
5. Experience in testing and data analysis
6. Coding experience in math environments (MATLAB/Simulink and/or Python)
7. Fluent in English

Desired competences :

1. Previous experience in the development of liquid thrusters and apogee engines for the industry (monopropellant and bipropellant)
2. Experience in AIT of liquid propulsion systems
3. Skilled in CAD modelling (Siemens NX is a plus)
4. Fluent in Spanish
