MISSION OF THE POSITION
If you have concerns and want to grow professionally, this is your project! At the Meliá Valencia, your main mission will be, together with the head of the department, to supervise and control the Reception area, ensuring compliance with the standards of the Meliá brand. You will collaborate in the maximization of sales and Upselling. You will participate in the management of the department in all aspects: management, training, monitoring and control of personnel, working on the improvement of the Work Environment. You will carry out a continuous follow-up to ensure the well-being of the client during their stay and always try to exceed their expectations.
What are we looking for?

* Minimum of two years experience in a similar position in hotels 4 .**:

Bachelor degree according to the position (tourism, hospitality or similar). :

Excellent service vocation. Good Leadership and team management skills, good communication skills,
good organizational skills, goaloriented.

Office proficiency. Opera Cloud Knowledge. :

High level of English. Knowledge of other languages highly valuable.
