During these years, the studio worked on the following franchises :“Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon®” , “ Assassin’s Creed® ”, “ Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six® Siege” or “ Star Trek: Bridge Crew” on VR

The team is currently working on the “Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six ® Siege” Live Game, " Beyond Good & Evil 2" and unannounced AAA projects.

Job Description : The Administrative Coordinator will perform administrative duties supporting the organization's various fields of activity. They will carry out administrative and operational duties in adherence with specific guidelines and procedures.

What you'll do

Resolve simple day-to-day issues and carry out assigned tasks.

Put logístical processes in place enabling the delivery of different activities.

Respond to employees' inquiries and handle daily requests.

Perform all administrative duties related to the delivery of the various activities.

Enter data entry and produce statistical reports.

Manage physical and electronic documents.

Invoice internal clients and follow up with the accounting team.

Qualifications : What you'll bring

  • At least one year's experience in coordination or another relevant field
  • College diploma (DEC) or an equivalent course of study
  • Customer-oriented
  • Able to manage several projects at once
  • Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable dealing with stakeholders of all levels
  • Works independently and is resourceful
  • High level of written and spoken English
  • Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Power point
  • Basic knowledge of the video game industry is an asset
