How To Contribute To Our Vision

  1. Work with Technology Stakeholders in NPD as PLM reviewer and manufacturing professional. Focus DFM / DTC / LT / MRL / SRL / Quality Blades.
  2. Review and monitor Risks & Opportunities in NPD projects.
  3. Provide expertise preparing PLM GRC and support in preparing management decisions.
  4. Drive and/or contribute to cost out programs and initiatives. Review and develop measures in Pioneer.
  5. Drive and/or contribute to continuous improvement projects.

What You Need To Make a Difference

  1. Engineering degree with passion for large rotating equipment, such as large wind turbines and its sub-components.
  2. Profound manufacturing experience.
  3. Team player, results focused with good leadership skills.
  4. Good moderator skills, stakeholder awareness, and an interest in cultural awareness of our global engineering and manufacturing network.
  5. Good understanding of the interaction of various technical systems and their interfaces e.g. like for wind turbines and how to put a good design into production.
  6. Experience working with engineering documentation systems, such as Teamcenter and SAP.
  7. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  8. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
