How To Contribute To Our Vision
- Work with Technology Stakeholders in NPD as PLM reviewer and manufacturing professional. Focus DFM / DTC / LT / MRL / SRL / Quality Blades.
- Review and monitor Risks & Opportunities in NPD projects.
- Provide expertise preparing PLM GRC and support in preparing management decisions.
- Drive and/or contribute to cost out programs and initiatives. Review and develop measures in Pioneer.
- Drive and/or contribute to continuous improvement projects.
What You Need To Make a Difference
- Engineering degree with passion for large rotating equipment, such as large wind turbines and its sub-components.
- Profound manufacturing experience.
- Team player, results focused with good leadership skills.
- Good moderator skills, stakeholder awareness, and an interest in cultural awareness of our global engineering and manufacturing network.
- Good understanding of the interaction of various technical systems and their interfaces e.g. like for wind turbines and how to put a good design into production.
- Experience working with engineering documentation systems, such as Teamcenter and SAP.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
