Technical Service Representative Animal Nutrition Spain - (JAL149)

This is the role:

1. Understand the customer's demands and challenges.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Technology, and Quality Assurance, to develop and implement technical strategies and solutions.
3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in feed technology, and share relevant information with internal teams and customers.
4. Collect and analyze customer feedback and market insights to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
5. Provide technical content to product presentations, leaflets, and brochures to support sales and create papers and posters for technical forums.
6. Act as a technical advisor to the sales team, and assist with customer inquiries, product positioning, and market development.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry associations.
8. Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and technical forums.

This is what you bring:

1. Master's degree in animal nutrition, animal production, animal health, veterinary science, or similar.
2. Relevant experience in the animal feed/feed additive industry in a customer-facing technical role is required.
3. Demonstrable profound knowledge of animal health/animal nutrition/chemistry.
4. Excellent training skills and ability to create compelling presentations and write technical reports.
5. Able to write animal trial protocols and interpret trial results.
6. Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
7. Willing to undertake local and international travel up to 30% of your time.
