We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.


The Talent Acquisition Assistant will play a crucial role in administrative tasks, candidate communication, and maintaining accurate records to contribute to the success of our talent acquisition initiatives. Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.
  2. Manage the recruitment inbox, responding to candidate inquiries and forwarding relevant information.
  3. Organize and maintain recruitment records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  4. Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, status updates, and necessary documentation.
  5. Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates during the recruitment process.
  6. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate applications and update recruitment statuses.
  7. Ensure timely and accurate data entry to support recruitment reporting.
  8. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  9. Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidates against job requirements.
  10. Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
  11. Develop and maintain positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  13. Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process.
  14. Conduct criminal background checks and drug screens.
  15. Perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of hiring quality candidates in a timely manner.
  16. Complete daily and weekly reports on recruitment activities.
  17. Maintain employment records for future reference.
