Legal Counsel (Commercial & Ip) - Pharmaceutical

Main responsibilities :

• Drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector.
• Coordinating with external lawyers on company law, pre-litigation, and litigation proceedings.
• Handling in-licensing and out-licensing agreements.
• Providing advice on matters and conflicts related to intellectual property rights, with a focus on trademarks and patents.
• Acting as the point of contact with external patent advisors regarding procedural conflicts.
• Offering advice on matters related to technology transfer.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Master's degree in Industrial Property (preferred).
• Previous experience of a minimum of 3 years in prestigious law firms specializing in this area or in-house legal experience within the pharmaceutical and/or related sectors.
• Excellent analytical skills and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus.
