Job Description Sales Representative - UCC Barcelona

The Sales Representative will be in charge of promote and demonstrate how our solutions “helping all people live healthy lives”, aligned with our company commitment. As Sales representative you will be responsible to keep and develop the commercial activities with health care professional with the target to deliver our solutions so that patients can benefit of our products.

Main Role

Promote all our solutions for critical care, mainly focused develop of Target Temperature Management (TTM) therapy in critical care with existing and new customers in line with the Sales Manager achieving the targets and developing the strategic activities.

Areas of responsibility: Cataluña, Aragón, and Balearic Island.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the marketplace, develop an effective territory sales strategy, and achieve the targets.
  • Promote our full portfolio for critical care (Temporary Pacing Electrodes, Incontinence and TTM), keeping and creating new opportunities.
  • Focused to create new business opportunities and growth the business/territory.
  • Perform all activities to maximize sales from identify of the opportunity business till close the business and implementation.
  • Identify and address all key decision makers (clinical, administrative/economic) and KOL in all accounts and work with them to develop the therapy.
  • Influence and negotiate based on value, with the potential to create ideal trading positions that, as a result, increase margins.
  • Develop existing accounts to ensure the therapy is implemented and all patients and health care professional can benefit from our solutions.
  • Leverage the Cost effective (HEOR) models, work with KOLs, Hospitals and Medical societies to increase the penetration of our solutions.
  • Attend, participate, and communicate the activities on the field (Congress, presentations, etc) and anticipate business opportunities.
  • Provide technical support to customers according with commercial policy.
  • Train to all health professional care involved on the therapy to ensure all of them are capacities to implement the TTM Therapy.

  • Strong commercial awareness, understanding and results oriented.
  • Ability to translate market complexities and clinical information into business opportunities
  • Strong communications capabilities to gain support and commitment from others and drive execution while building relations with medical staff, C-Suite and health insurance companies.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious with a positive, proactive, and professional approach to management and the ability to thrive in a fast moving and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Accountability and willingness to make decisions.
  • Building collaborative relationships within the region and BD teams
  • Enthusiastic team player with energy, drive, and determination, as well as a genuine interest in health care policy.

Qualification and experience

  • Degree level qualification or equivalent.
  • Significant sales experience within the healthcare environment
  • Experience in working with Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Interventional knowledge preferred and/or a strong understanding of clinical practice in acute care.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization.
  • PC Literate intermediate level in Excel/word/PowerPoint etc.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Prepared to work away from home for up to 70% of the time.
  • Drive license.
