We are looking for our Barcelona - El Prat (BCN) Operational Unit, Store Inspector, responsible for the correct management of aeronautical material in stock.

Profile
  1. Organization, attention to detail, flexibility, listening skills, proactivity, customer orientation.
  2. Knowledge of the aeronautical world, computer knowledge, knowledge of logistics procedures.
  3. To ensure compliance with safety directives and application of safe working methods.
  4. Work in shifts and meet the given deadline.
  5. Teamwork, continuous attitude of learning and improvement.
Job Requirements
  1. Receives all materials returning and reconciles with transaction and location.
  2. Checks all returned materials for possible damages, scratches or discrepancies and keeps the management adequately informed.
  3. Handles proper storage and release of supplies as requested ensuring proper documentation of all incoming/outgoing transactions.
  4. Assists in keeping an updated inventory and stock records (record the number and the kinds of supplies) of the supplies and equipment in store.
  5. Answers questions regarding procedures and able to identify discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries.
  6. Assists in initiating materials request in coordination with project team and in parallel with stock balance.
  7. Maintains the store/warehouse and records area in a neat and orderly manner.
  8. Takes necessary measures to ensure that materials are stored in a manner preventing damage or wastage.
  9. Demonstrates good knowledge in the use of computer software applications and database management, as well as store’s administrative procedures.
  10. Maintains healthy relationships with colleagues and third parties.
  11. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
