THE ROLE

  • Support management with cost, portion control and ordering
  • 2+ years of culinary or kitchen experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Actively seek verbal feedback from customers on a regular basis and respond to all guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Control costs without compromising standards, improving gross profit margins
  • Comply with all health and safety and food safety legislation
  • Regular review of all menus to confirm offerings are in line with market trends
  • Be environmentally aware

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Previous, relevant experience as a high-performing Sous Chef (more than 2 years)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organized and driven
  • A current, valid driving license
  • English and Spanish speaking
  • Must be eligible to work and live in the EU

Salary : 1,500.00€ - 2,000.00€ per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • 11380 Tarifa, Cádiz: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
