As a Geolocated Diagnostics Solution Lead, you will play a critical role in the prototyping, tuning, verification and development of the different E2E use cases of our product.

Your knowledge of network optimization, clubbed with ML & programming competence, will be key to foster our value proposal, our scalability and to ensure a reduced time-to-market.

You will collaborate with multi-functional teams, including product owner, software architect, and technical leads to ensure the timely development and integration of our models.

What you will do :

  • Implement the NDO product & features initial design, collaborating with the product owner & system architect
  • Lead the product E2E solutioning, refining and prototyping new NDO use cases.
  • Define practical NDO frameworks & evaluate algorithms/models resulting to intel and way forward.
  • Guide and support the development teams, making easier the integration & maintenance.
  • Support the release, demos, proof of concepts and first-time implementations
  • To anticipate NDO domain technology evolution and adaptation
  • To anticipate the needs of network engineers and answer intrinsic needs to better support customer operations
  • Provide domain leadership and continuously groom with other solution leads to ensure a consistent offering.

You will bring :

  • Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering or IT
  • 10+ years of experience in radio access network design and optimization
  • Recognized as a technical reference in the area of expertise
  • NDO expertise in 4G/5G and proficient with ML/AI & Python programming
  • Dedicated, collaborative and solution oriented
  • Innovative with strong data analytical skills.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a diverse team in complex and demanding engagements
  • Excellent communication skills. Fluent English, both written and spoken, is a must.
  • NDO Customer consulting/service background is a plus
