Solution Assessment Consultant - Norwegian Speaker

Apeiron Sumus is looking for a Solution Assessment Consultant to join our team. This person will lead the successful execution of a variety of Microsoft Azure and Security Solution Assessment projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities who thrives in fast-paced environments. Someone with high energy, a curiosity about the industry, tenacity, and previous Microsoft Technology sales experience. This person will bring new ideas, have a deep passion for the role, and create ways to attain new accounts. Responsibilities: Generate lead flow: Manage and execute the activities required to perform Solution Assessment for Microsoft managed customers. Starting the data collection phase, executed under a tele-assisted model that includes remote installation, configuration, and execution of discovery tools, data collection, troubleshooting, data analysis, and the creation of the deliverable for the Solution Assessment. Orchestrate Assessment process: Manage and execute the activities required to perform a Solution Assessment in each account. Manage current accounts: Stay in close contact with existing accounts or leads and create brand awareness regarding Solution Assessments. Coordinate remote meetings and calls between the leads and extended Sales Team. Business forecasting: Manage an accurate Solution Assessment business forecast, maintain a clear action plan, and update the case activity log of the active Solution Assessments. Professional and Technical Competencies: Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques. Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software. Familiarity with MS Cloud and PowerBI. Understanding of sales performance metrics. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail, data analysis, and analytical skills. Integrate consulting on Microsoft solutions and offerings in support of organizations’ business needs. Work with IT systems in support of collecting data. Self-Direction and a focus on quality, applying independent judgment to accomplish objectives. Personal Profile: Required languages: Norwegian, English. Educational level: Bachelor’s degree. Special conditions or requirements: Open to work in a global environment with different cultures and languages. This is a remote position.
