About us: Cocomore successfully provides digital services to clients like Nestlé, Procter & Gamble, Rabobank, Samsung, or Sanofi. We are developing our services activity into co-entrepreneurship with our clients. In addition, we successfully built a number of digital start-ups on our own account, so far sold to Deutsche Telekom, Axel Springer, and Pro7Sat1. Cocomore currently is a team of 200, mostly located in and around Berlin, Cologne, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Seville, and Warsaw.

We are looking for open-minded individuals who understand the underlying tech but equally feel at home with defining specifications, client consulting, and filling the role of technical product owner.

What you will contribute:

  1. You develop highly scalable software architectures for digital projects and consult on them with our clients. This includes identifying and analyzing requirements and transferring them into technical concepts.
  2. You work in close collaboration with IT experts and professionals from other areas: our consultants, business and creative product owners as well as management and experts from our clients.
  3. You work closely together with the tech implementation team and contribute actively to its challenges and tasks, e.g., by writing user stories or estimating efforts.
  4. You enjoy “getting your hands dirty” and diving into code yourself when necessary to drive quality and a structured technical approach.

What you need to bring:

  1. University degree in IT or similar.
  2. Ability to translate business concepts into use cases, user stories, and technical requirements leading to a coherent architecture.
  3. Outstanding analytical and social skills as well as strong communication abilities plus a talent for leadership.
  4. Deep knowledge of the Drupal ecosystem.
  5. Ability to design complex architectures.
  6. 5+ years of experience with the technology mentioned above.
  7. 2+ years of relevant Product Owner or Business Systems Analyst experience in a software development setting.
  8. Experience in working with various development teams and manage their feature demands.
  9. Excellent English (spoken and written). Other languages - especially German - would be of advantage.
  10. You enjoy “getting your hands dirty” and diving into code yourself when necessary to drive quality and a structured technical approach.
