(YZ-347) | Isa Business Development Senior Manager -

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will support the ISA Management Team and the Business Development Team in multiple business development and strategic initiatives for the system. As a member of the ISA Finance Team, you will also be working with the ISA Finance Senior Director in setting up and implementing the key strategic initiatives defined for the ISA Finance function, alongside the broader regional and global finance community.

Specific responsibilities include:

1. Strategy, decision support & analysis: Support the ISA Finance Senior Director, the Management Team, and the Business Development Team in defining the commercial strategy and in business development. Provide ad hoc information and analysis as required.
2. Business intelligence & Analytics: Support in the preparation of information and data to ensure the business has the financial and business-related information and analysis necessary to steer the business, whether by leveraging BCG's central information resources or providing locally. Provide ad hoc information and analysis as required.
3. Reporting: Provide timely and meaningful system financial results, key financial metrics, and variance analysis to the system leaders, management team, regional finance, and Global Services.
4. Project/Program management: Support and follow up on business-related special projects led at ISA level. Drive content generation and implementation of key initiatives, monitoring status and re-steering course if required. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across GEOs.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

1. Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in consulting firms (i.e. Project Leader/Engagement Manager).
2. Excellent English skills (verbal and written communication). Portuguese desirable.
