HR Operations Internship

Description : An important and lead multinational company based in Asturias is offering this part-time position (20 hours per week) to join our HR Service Center team.

Your Functions :

• Developer :

• Act as a consultant - based on the processes we need to automatize; we expect your advice and recommendations to build solid and simple IT solutions.

• In coordination with the HR Operations leader, you will help to prioritize those new IT solutions based on effort, costs, priorities and outputs.

Qualifications : Position Requirement :

• Studies: FP (medio o superior) - Desarrollo Aplicaciones Multiplataforma o Ingeniería Técnica / Grado en Informática.
• Proficiency in English (C1). Other languages would be considered an asset.
• One to three years proven relevant working experience in same position or equivalent.
• Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible, capable to work under highly stress environment.
• Ability to plan, organize and schedule duties to meet deadlines.
• Additional IT knowledge around Workday and ServiceNow will be an important asset.
