Apply now for the position of ServiceNow HAM/SAM Product Architect and you will be part of the Global Digital Workflows team with focus on the automation of current IT Services. As a ServiceNow HAM/SAM Product Architect, you will be responsible for actively guiding an international team of developers and business analysts to deliver high-quality and secure ServiceNow best practices solutions.


This is a global position as part of the Global Digital Workflows team with focus on the automation of current IT Services.


Your tasks and responsibilities:
  1. Interacting with project team members, stakeholders as well as working closely with the vendors.
  2. Evaluate enhancement/customization requests, provide design recommendations, and document technical requirements.
  3. Support the development, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of Configuration Management and Asset Management processes, procedures, and policies.
  4. Validate Solution Designs in Service Device Lifecycle Management created by Business Analysts to meet the overall Healthineers Enterprise Architecture.
  5. Design and implement ServiceNow SAM/HAM and CMDB solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to industry best practices.
  6. Provide technical leadership and guidance in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and guidelines.
  7. Ensure architectural designs are compliant with Siemens Healthineers quality, security, and data protection regulations.
  8. Collaborate with an international setup of Testers, Business Analysts, and Business Stakeholders.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to identify, design, and deliver technical solutions.

Your qualifications and experience:
  1. Successfully completed a university degree in the field of IT.
  2. At least 2-4 years of IT work experience in Design and Architecture of Solutions in IT service management frameworks.
  3. Expert knowledge in at least 2 of the following ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, SecOps, IRM/GRC.
  4. Strong experience in Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management (e.g., ServiceNow) and understanding workflows and integrations for service automation.
  5. Many years of professional experience and further qualifications in this field, even without a degree, are welcomed.

  1. Ability to lead discussions on relevant business topics in English for efficient communication with colleagues and partners worldwide.
  2. Able to develop and present solution concepts and decision templates from an economic point of view and obtain decisions.
  3. High level of social competence and teamwork to interact with stakeholders on an equal footing and build trusting relationships.
  4. Competence to question processes and continuously improve them in the interest of the customer.
  5. Able to identify risks, document them, and communicate along developed mitigation measures.
  6. Good communication, presentation, and teamwork skills with cross-functional, intercultural teams.
  7. Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
