Head of Operations

Growing manufacturing company based in Murcia.

As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for the entire Supply Chain, overseeing sourcing, manufacturing, assembly, logistics, and shipping. The role is based in Murcia, but as international expansion is a significant part of our strategy, travel and participation in projects abroad will be essential.

1. Oversee the entire workflow from sourcing, production, warehousing, and shipping until products reach customers or project sites.
2. Plan and manage daily production activities in our Murcia factory.
3. Ensure Operations is well-integrated with other business functions, particularly project management, sales, and finance.
4. Maintain a strong and competitive international supplier base.
5. Negotiate and secure agreements with carriers.
6. Support the potential international expansion of our operations.
7. Develop and maintain a commercial vision to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Contribute to the international expansion process with a global perspective.
9. Focus on fieldwork to understand and address operational challenges firsthand.
