Job Title: Senior Manager, Commercial Finance Europe** Location: Europe (Remote), Spain (Remote) preferred - Barcelona / Madrid etc Reporting to: Director, Finance, Specialty Diagnostics No of Direct Reports: 4 (Remotely based) **How will you make an impact? Provide leadership and Commercial Finance support to the Global Commercial Operations (GCO) organization of the Clinical Diagnostics Division of Thermo Fisher Scientific in Europe. You will partner with the Commercial Team in Europe to ensure that commercial and financial results are achieved. What will you do? - Business Partnership with Europe Commercial Leadership- Member of the European Leadership team- Manage a team of 4 individuals- Responsible for GCO revenue reporting, analysis (customer analysis, KPI’s, pricing, funnel opportunities, etc) and forecasting- Responsible for Monthly / Quarterly business reviews- Preparation and coordination of bi-weekly Pulse check revenue forecasting- Monthly headcount reporting and analysis- Monthly Opex headcount reporting and analysis- Forecasting Opex and Headcount- European pricing projects- Produce reports designed to highlight current performance opportunities and identify gaps to drive growth. In addition to standard reporting mechanisms, develop tools that can be used on an ad-hoc basis to produce actionable insights.- Lead implementation of IT related projects such as Power BI reporting- Ad-hoc analysis concerning Europe How will you get here? ** Education - Degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar- MBA and/or Master in Finance a plus Experience - Minimum 12 years professional experience including 4+ years of people management experience- Big 4 exposure (Audit or Transaction Services) a plus- Experience working in Business Controlling / Commercial Finance at a Controlling department of a multinational publicly traded company.
