Senior Data Engineer (m/f/d) for Automotive Analytics Portal Development

In your role, you will develop and design a cutting-edge self-service analytics portal for the automotive market from scratch, using advanced cloud and web technologies within an international agile team of experts. This tool enhances your clients' decision-making process by providing real-time benchmark data on spare parts sales and other relevant metrics. By leveraging the data from all users, your clients can quickly adapt to market conditions.

Your tasks will be:

1. Develop and design a new self-service analytics portal for the automotive market
2. Create, analyze, maintain, and troubleshoot data pipelines
3. Collect and store data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity
4. Improve data quality, efficiency, and reliability through new methods and tools
5. Implement projects with end-to-end responsibility
6. Communicate with customers and internal/external stakeholders

Your profile:

• Profund experience in a Data Engineer role
• Strong experience with Python (e.g., Pandas)
• In-depth knowledge of AWS infrastructure and serverless data pipelines
• Experience with IaaS tools (preferably AWS CDK or Serverless Framework)
• Business fluent in English (German is a bonus)

Ideal to have:

• AWS certification (Solutions Architect/Data Analytics) preferred
• Experience in the independent automotive aftermarket preferred
