SD-42 | Engineering Quality Assurance - Map & Flight Test Wko581

The jobholder will be responsible for:

1. Quality and Process Assurance of Programs developed by Military Air Systems Engineering in Seville for A400M focused on MAP & Flight Test activities:

• CAM/PATM analysis (screening, investigation and action plan)
• E2E SARIs & EVENTs process
• Support FIC (First Inspection Check) physical
• Support QG E-ME
• Support to Quality issues during FAL, Ground Test, Flight Line and Delivery Center

• SARIs & EVENT KPIs and executive reports
• CAM/PATM issues
• QG E-ME and FIC

• Support improvement projects developed in the team (QuAnalitics)
• Identify / analyze weak points
• Implement methods and concepts to safeguard development quality, including PPS, etc.

Main activities:

1. Technical coordination of a piece of External WP (equivalent to 1-2 FTE)
2. Deliverables on time and on quality
3. Periodical report with progress status, risks and escalation issues
4. Product Quality
5. E2E leader of TOQEA1 investigations related with S&E
6. CAM/PATM analysis (screening, investigation and action plan)
7. Support FIC (First Inspection Check) physical in FAL
8. Support QG E-ME in FAL
9. Lessons Learned
10. Eradication/Reduction of quality issues whose source is Engineering impacting in Customer deliveries (Top irritants; Top 25; Hot topics; Commitment letter)
11. Eradication/Reduction of quality issues whose source is Engineering impacting in Production
12. Quality System
13. Support SARIs & Events in A400M by reporting progress status
14. Support QG E-ME in A400M FAL and report progress status
15. Support internal coordination meetings
16. Support to Quality issues during FAL, Ground Test, Flight Line and Delivery Center
17. Bilateral meetings with MAP and DO
18. Bilateral meeting with Supply Chain Quality
19. Bilateral meetings with Q FAL
20. Bilateral meetings with Q Programs
21. Other forums from different organizations (ISQIS, FOT, MFTI, SFTI, MIP, etc).
