Position: Sales Representative with Swiss German

Location: Valencia, Spain

Employment type: Full-time 39 hours/week

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Take inbound calls from business customers focused on purchase/sales
  • Log all customer contacts in the CRM system
  • Collect relevant information (customer needs, deal qualification) through asking the right questions
  • Execute and achieve sales quota and targets
  • Identify and qualify prospects
  • Focus on driving profitability through proactive management
  • Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipeline
  • Review level of client satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary
  • Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow-up on potential business
  • Respond to and solve incoming customer or partner calls
  • Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers when required
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proficient or bilingual level of Swiss German with an advanced English level
  • B2B sales experience
  • Excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent telephone and presentation skills
  • Ability to establish an individual course of action to accomplish goals
