1. Fluent in Danish (level C2)
2. Working proficiency in English
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Proficient computer user (MS Office, Adobe, Databases, and CRM)
5. Ability to troubleshoot and find solutions independently

1. Understand what a SIM card, an SD card, and a server are and their purposes
2. Understand mobile networks and internet connections, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connectivity
3. Ability to use smartphones and internet applications

1. Account registration through the portal
2. Multi-media interface usage guidance and troubleshooting
3. Resolving vehicle connection issues to the back end
4. Addressing remote services issues via the app (lock/unlock, climatization, charging schedule, etc.)
5. PIN issue resolution (reset PIN, locked account, main and secondary users)
6. Infotainment services (navigation, preferred destinations, traffic information)
7. License information management (expiry, services included, renewal procedure)
8. Map updates
9. Charging stations (home charging, charging issues)
