Do you have experience in Procurement? Have you got knowledge about Procurement Contract Management? Do you want to work with an international team?

At Inneria we are looking for a Procurement Assistant, to work in a multinational telecommunications company.

  • Launch orders and control the entire process including acceptance and billing.
  • Supredict the compliance of the process when business users request a purchase.
  • Fulfil and achieve the objects of internal control, avoid any type of risk.
  • Training business users.
  • Procurement Contract Management and internal control operation.
  • Support administrative affairs related to procurement in Spain.
  • Assist in procurement system and Purchase Orders process operation.
  • Suppliers Management and GDPR Tracking.
  • Meeting organization, meeting minutes output and meeting operation summary quarterly.

Requisitos :

  • Minimum 1 year experience performing similar tasks to those described.- We are looking for someone with organizational analysis, planning skills, and good logical thinking. With good communication, facility for teamwork, organized, detail-oriented and with good learning capacity.
  • Appraisable residence close to the workplace.

Formación:

  • Bachelor Degree or above.- Knowledge of the Office Package Microsoft (Word, Excel, PPT).
