Europe Air Treatment Account Manager

To drive and increase the sales of Air Treatment Aftermarket & Service business through various channels of the Air Treatment brands.

Develop, implement and manage strategic sales growth plans in parallel with sales and service teams in order to increase sales of Air Treatment Aftermarket & Service.

Detailed Responsibilities :

  • Ensures revenue growth that underpin company strategy to meet short
  • and long-term targets in conjunction with the Sales Director. Reporting back via relevant IDM (Impact Daily Management) meetings.
  • Establishes effect relationships with sales team members, customers, distributor principles and key distributor personal, ensuring distributor loyalty to our products.
  • Create focus on driving sales of Air Treatment Aftermarket offerings ensuring it is being marketed and effectively sold by both distributor and sales personnel.
  • Plans and manages the defined sales territory alongside sales leaders to make efficient use of time and resources to maximize success.
  • Collates market data and customer plans. Take a lead role in the formulation of Company forecasts and annual plans using information of the highest quality in the respective product area.
  • Develops and upgrades key distribution organizations to provide maximum sales of Air Treatment Aftermarket.
  • Identifies and exploits new sales opportunities for Air Treatment. Taking leadership role in major projects working alongside local sales team.
  • Establishes Air Treatment Aftermarket sales targets for key distributors in conjunction with sales team.
  • Feedback crucial technical issues, services, or warranty info to relevant teams
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, conferences as required.
  • Creation and submission of high-quality proposals to distribution and direct customers.

Technical Skills / Work Experience :

  • Proven experience of technical sales management skills, particularly in an International and/or Export environment.
  • Experience in aftermarket sales within the pumps/compressor market ideally with deep knowledge of Air Treatment products / market.
  • Understanding and experience of extended warranty programs would be advantageous.
  • Language skills would be considered highly beneficial but not essential.
  • Proven experience of managing a distribution network and direct sales.
