Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remote International Recruiter to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent from around the globe.

Your daily duties will include crafting and posting job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

You will also be tasked with managing the candidate pipeline, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
