Quality Engineer Trainee (m/f/d)

1. Support the preparation and updating of Control Records.
2. Support the preparation of Non-Conformities associated with the defects found and the monitoring of associated repairs.
3. Collect and analyze quality and defect data from the inspections carried out.
4. Help continually improve work groups to resolve recurring problems associated with their area and lead the root cause analysis of RCA associated with the problem found.
5. Assist in carrying out process/product audits in your work area (Layered Process Audits).
6. Help reject/repair/scrap parts in your work area.
7. Help in training and supporting quality inspectors.
8. Prepare and manage the final Blade documentation (balancing template, 3.1 certificate, V3...).
9. Support for External Audits.
10. Support in ISO certification.
11. Support of the plant's quality assurance system.
12. Assist in the reporting of quality indicators to the department's Management.
13. Support to the Engineering Department on issues related to the quality of the required product/process.
14. Support for global functions.

1. Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.
2. Structured and organized person, with a clear orientation to the result.
3. Good communication skills.
4. English – Medium/High.
