QA Lead

A-SAFE Digital is a dynamic and innovative tech company dedicated to providing digital solutions for the A-SAFE Group. We are seeking a talented and experienced QA Lead to join our growing team. As a hybrid workplace, we offer a collaborative environment where you can work remotely for a portion of the week and spend 2 days in our office.

1. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test strategies for all stages of the development lifecycle.
2. Integrate testing frameworks with our CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous quality.
3. Utilize Grafana and K6 to conduct load testing, analyze performance, and identify bottlenecks.
4. Provide recommendations to improve system performance based on load test results.
5. Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in best practices, including code reviews and pair programming.
6. Ensure all testing is aligned with business goals and project timelines. Lead the implementation and maintenance of automated test scripts using Playwright.
7. Maintain detailed documentation of test strategies, processes, and outcomes.
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
