Responsibilities :The Mobility Pricing Analyst role supports Axalta’s Mobility business through supporting the pricing process, including but not limited to preparation of product costing and floor pricing (utilizing Campfire), sales and profitability analytics (utilizing Campfire and Microsoft BI tools), preparation/leadership of customer supported bid review process with regional leadership, contract/agreement pricing administration process, including projections, notifications, and results tracking.- Administer pricing requests through the Campfire pricing process, including additions/changes/deletions of products from existing price lists, new customer price lists, and price increases.- Administer pricing requests outside of Campfire for the CV business, including additions/changes/deletions of products from existing price lists, new customer price lists, and price increases.- Drive the Mobility pricing process by requesting and documenting all appropriate approvals of pricing, rebates, and other price related requests.- Support business through report generation, including product cost, sales, price lists, average price per UoM and variance metrics; Provide profitability recommendations based on analysis of these reports.- Recognize and anticipate missing data from price quote exception requests and obtain required information to assure proper review of relevant facts pertaining to the proposed opportunity.- Team with Sales organization providing clear, concise, and accurate responses to pricing process and price policy questions.- Work with the global teams as and when required for global quote alignment.- Ad hoc analysis and project work as needed.LI-AP1Qualifications:- Experience in Pricing- Advanced analytical skills with ability to problem solve and determine necessary actions.- Project management experience- Highly advanced Excel Skills (Power Pivoting, Queries etc.)- Good knowledge in other Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, and Access)- Solid financial acumen (understands impact of pricing actions on P&L Statements)- Self-motivated with natural curiosity; a quick learner. Actively seeks out answers to questions. Works well independently and with teams- Able to prioritize and multi-task in a high speed, flexible environment. Understands business urgent needs and can balance work schedule accordingly. Meets deadlines- Attention to detail.
