Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Lawyer to join our team at our Marbella office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate law, with a strong understanding of the local market and legal landscape. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, and proficiency in an additional language is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support to clients on all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development, and financing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate-related documents, such as contracts, agreements, deeds, and leases.
• Conduct due diligence and advise clients on potential risks and liabilities associated with real estate transactions.
• Represent clients in negotiations and mediations, if necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in real estate law and regulations, and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A law degree from a recognized university and a valid license to practice law.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate law.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken; proficiency in an additional language is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
