Project Lead

To expand our team, WATA Factory is looking for a Project Lead with technical experience to handle communication with our customers in Germany. Required skills include a technical background, native-level German, and good English (B2).

Since 2018, the WATA Factory team has been constantly growing to provide better service to an increasing number of customers.

We seek a communicative employee with proven experience in software development, who enjoys working with people and aims to focus on customer support. A Project Lead at WATA will be in constant contact with customers, managing software projects (requirements gathering, analysis, planning, etc.), establishing a roadmap for improving digital products, and offering creative and innovative solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed IT degree or equivalent, verifiable training
• Competence and practical experience in managing technical projects (software development)
• Ability to perform the roles of Project Manager, Product Owner, and Stakeholder
• Self-confident appearance, high methodical competence, and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of German (native speaker/C2) and very good written and spoken English (level B2 or higher)
• Enthusiasm for current trends
• Structuring, planning, and organizing skills
• Ability to shape ideas and involve different types of profiles in processes
• Competences for working within the Scrum framework
• Ability to perform requirements assessments of complex projects
• Experience with project management and planning tools (Asana, Confluence, Jira, Merlin, Microsoft Project, Trello, etc.)
