Project Engineer

Management of continuous improvement of plant processes using standard tools for this purpose (data analysis, interdisciplinary group work, communication, Ishikawa diagram, etc.).

Work and integrate all departments that are involved in a project in order to meet all specific requirements. Determining and setting clear and precise objectives. Clear orientation to the achievement of results. Clear and precise communication. Provide clear information to the rest of the team participants.

Manage and maintain in correct disposition the documentation of all actions, projects, etc. Provide clear information regarding possible alternatives to the projects considering:

1. Technical solutions
2. Knowledge of suppliers and plant standards
3. Budgets
4. Deadlines
5. Guarantees
6. After sales services

Support plant operations when needed. Strict application of project management system (Enterprise Project Management). Strictly comply with the Safety and Quality requirements of the plant. Motivate the rest of the teams to comply with them.

Integral management of projects from the study phase to the implementation and optimization of these, always ensuring:

1. Propose technical improvements of machinery, processes, and facilities.
2. Support plant operations when necessary, with the objectives, budget, and deadlines.

1. 3 to 5 years of experience.
2. Experience in food manufacturing and in process development, focus improvement.
3. English and Spanish fluency.
