The Programme Management Office leads the strategic approach to executing a portfolio of programmes that deliver value to Sportradar customers and internal stakeholders.As a Programme Manager, you will work closely with internal and external teams at all levels, ensuring planning and coordination across all teams and providing the appropriated level of visibility to all stakeholders. You will be responsible of managing the delivery timeline, risk, scope, quality, and budget of the programmes that you are accountable for.THE CHALLENGE:- Scoping and planning programmes and projects and managing the lifecycle from cradle to grave.- Driving the completion of the integration of our product, owning the relationship with any 3rd party and ensuring a fully coordinated delivery- Driving programmes through risk/exception management and mitigation of blockers.- Organising and chairing internal and external working groups, steering groups, and standup meetings to ensure delivery.- Organising and chairing programme meetings with internal and external senior stakeholders to report on progress, discuss programme strategy and agree future actions.- Maintaining budgets to ensure cash burn and investment remains within the programmes control parameters.- Ensuring the scope and benefit of the programmes are maintained throughout its lifecycle, producing accurate and timely reporting of programme status.- Managing agile communication, ensuring information flow by prioritising face-to-face communications.- Defining the programme governance controls in line with the organisation’s strategic goals.YOUR PROFILE:- Bachelor´s Degree- Experience working as Programme/Project Manager in software development projects within agile environmens.- 5+ years experience in programme/project management.- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.- Experience with medium/large sized programme/projects.- Demonstrate that you can manage relationships with external clients and suppliers.- Ability to demonstrate full control of the following aspects within a programme/project:- Timeline/Gantt chart planning with MS project or similar- Budget management- Risk management- Change logs- You are a team player and leader that will thrive from working in a dynamic and changing environment.- Proficient in Business EnglishOUR OFFER:- Exciting job field with the opportunity for personal development- A challenging but rewarding and fun environment- Hybrid working model, combining home office and work from the office- Access to our online e-learning platform- Competitive salary
