Job Description : Reporting into our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for seeking new opportunities for long-term business growth relatively to customers and markets.

Main responsibilities:

  • Understanding stakeholders' needs within each channel and translating them into Strategy + Action Plans
  • Product development and launch plans
  • Defining, together with the Channel Coordinator, the penetration and growth strategy in an existing or new channel
  • Market and data analysis
  • Online and Offline Communication Campaigns
  • Knowledge and definition of potential clients, segmentation.
  • Defining the route2market, strategy translated into Action Plans, including the products and services to be promoted in order to develop that specific market.
  • Executing the Action Plans, designing and producing the necessary communication materials and sales tools.
  • Increasing sales, market penetration and profitability (RGM)
  • Cross product management: NPD, product maintenance, sales performance and forecast, discontinuation program
  • Search opportunities to develop the channels in ecommerce
  • Online account management.

Qualifications :

  • University Degree in Marketing
  • Fluent English
  • A minimum of two years’ experience within e-commerce department
  • Sales experience will be an added value
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Proactive attitude to search for opportunities to develop the channels
  • Excellent project presentation
