Inbound Sales Representative (Dutch)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading technology company that is looking to recruit a Dutch speaking Inbound Sales Representative to join their team.

Position: Inbound Sales Representative

Location: Torremolinos (Málaga), Spain or Casablanca, Morocco

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Be the first point of contact for B2C customers - handle inbound enquiries regarding tech issues, Wi-Fi connectivity, virus advice, firewall support and related issues in a timely manner
• Perform a remote computer or IoT (Internet of Things) device security check using the company's professional toolkit to scan the device
• Give a security and performance diagnosis and provide suggestions to the potential customer
• Convert inbound calls into loyal customers, and transfer the customer to level 2 technicians to provide comprehensive service.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Native/fluent in Dutch, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• High school diploma is considered a plus
• Previous experience in sales or IT/tech support is an advantage but not necessary as full training and support will be given
• Ability to identify sales opportunities
• Tech savvy - computer literate with solid IT knowledge
• Excellent communication and customer facing skills, ability to speak with customers in a bright, positive and helpful manner
• Be positive and proactive with a "can-do" attitude
