The position As a Project Manager for the Service Department, your role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of service projects, meeting client expectations, and maintaining high-quality standards. Your ability to manage resources efficiently, and foster strong customer relationships will be crucial for the success of the department and the company as a whole. Main Responsibilities - You will work develop the projects and other activities not related to FSE management/support + planification and Customer Support. - The main responsibility is to move internally the activities with the Purchasing department, Engineering, R&D, and AEG sites (now developed by Service Quotation profiles) to go ahead with the projects. - You will be in contact with the Technical Coordinator related to customer relationship, subcontractors, management, materials, execution, invoicing, ect ) - If needed you will act as a back-up for the Technical Coordinator as well. - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets. - Conduct regular team meetings to review project status, address issues, and provide guidance. - Prepare comprehensive reports detailing project status, milestones achieved, and any issues encountered. - Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including contracts, change orders, and invoices. - Provide regular updates to senior management on project performance and key metrics. Qualifications and Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (preferred). - Proven experience in project management, preferably in the field of UPS systems or power electronics. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in project management software and tools. - Knowledge of UPS system fabrication and service processes. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
