IT Manager en Málaga. JOB SUMMARY The IT Manager consistently works towards outstanding performance across all professional standards ensuring safeguarding successful outcomes and the efficient and effective administrative operations. The IT Manager works as part of the administrative team providing a friendly and welcoming service to students staff families and visitors in a manner that truly reflects the values of our school. The post holder is expected to be able to prioritize tasks and to manage their workload with a minimum of supervision. The school s pursuit of excellence begins at our front gates and this role should actively seek to ensure an outstanding public perception of our operations and provision. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Management and Supervision of the school network servers and firewalls Install manage and configure switches and access points Management and Supervision of G-Suite Supervising apps and backup processes Maintenance and repairs of all school computing and printing equipment (laptops Chromebooks projectors interactive screens...) Maintenance and supervision of Engage Users and Adtive directory Supervision of school printers and correspondence with printing companies Tech support to all school areas (teaching and non-teaching staff) IT Projects and Budgets Creation printing and distributing of school interim and end-of-term reports and other all school documents as well as uploading on Parent Portal Report to Central Office General Administrative Support PERSON SPECIFICATION Education and Skills Essential Tecnico Superior en Sistemas de Telecomunicaciones e Informáticos or similar Minimum 3 years relevant experience High level of English and Spanish Flexible positive and can-do attitude to work To communicate clearly and resolve any issues quickly and professionally. To have excellent management skills and to be able to follow the school s disciplinary code. Desirable Full understanding of Equal Opportunities and able to implement it in everyday practice.
