Job Responsibilities
- Supply Chain Performance: Responsible for the animation and deployment of the Schneider Lean System (SPS).
- Manufacturing Engineering: Responsible for process development & optimization needs.
- Strong contribution to the elaboration and deployment of standards & continuous improvement processes.
- Management of industrial projects.
- Ability to apply change management methodology to implement successful business priorities (on time, on budget, human objectives, and business objectives).
- Understands demand variation amplification for service level/capacity and cash flow impacts.
- Knowledge of late differentiation, Queue simulation, lead time optimization.
- Conducts value add/non-value add analysis (useful time analysis).
- Creates and interprets value stream maps.
- Understands how to design line layout, workstations, and material presentation that minimize waste and balances work content and conducts takt/cycle time analysis.
- Interprets diagnostic results.
- Conducts changeover analysis, material handling analysis, and overall equipment effectiveness.
