OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO
Es la persona encargada de recibir a los clientes a los clientes a su llegada al restaurante, por lo que su sonrisa y sus buenas maneras son el primer paso para disfrutar de una excelente velada.
FUNCIONES ESENCIALES
Comprobación de las reservas del restaurante
Recibir a los huéspedes y determinar el número de integrantes del grupo
Indicar los asientos a los comensales ofreciéndoles una mesa limpia y disponible, retirando las sillas y ofreciendo asiento.
Guiar a los huéspedes a través del comedor y brindar asistencia cuando la necesiten
Mover y acomodar las mesas, sillas y cubiertos y organizar la disposición de los lugares para grupos con necesidades especiales
Controlar la disponibilidad de asientos, el servicio y el bienestar de los huéspedes en el restaurante.
Mantener una excelente comunicación con el equipo de sala para garantizar la dinámica correcta del servicio.
Asegurarse de que el uniforme y la apariencia personal sean pulcras y profesionales
- CONOCIMIENTOS ESPECÍFICOS DEL PUESTO, CAPACIDADES Y HABILIDADES
- Demostrar unos estándares de presencia impecables.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las expectativas y los estándares de calidad.
- Clara orientación al cliente
FORMACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA
- Se valorarán estudios en Restauración y Gastronomía (FP o similar), módulo específico de Servicio de Hostelería en Hoteles y Restaurantes.
- Se valorará experiência en puesto similar en Hotel 4 o 5*, y/o restaurante/bar.
- Idioma español e inglés imprescindibles, se valorará muy positivamente el conocimiento de alemán.
