The Opportunity: At commercetools, we are a mission-driven organization in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Our People Operations team is essential in ensuring every employee has the support and resources they need to succeed.

We are seeking a People Operations Partner based in Valencia, Spain, to join our dynamic team. As our People Operations Partner, you will be responsible for our Spanish entity and assist with other global entities, contributing significantly to our operational and administrative HR processes.

Your Mission:

  1. Act as the primary HR contact for Spanish employees.
  2. Prepare payroll for the Spanish entity and collaborate with external payroll providers.
  3. Administer and collaborate with our benefit providers.
  4. Support administering and managing our Employer of Record employees.
  5. Assist with operational HR processes for other commercetools entities as needed.
  6. Ensure HR policies and processes are up-to-date and compliant with local regulations.
  7. Handle all aspects of employee administration, including contracts, onboarding, and offboarding, ensuring efficient and compliant processes.
  8. Work closely with the People Operations team to support various HR initiatives and projects across the organization.
